Hundreds of families fled their homes because of the ongoing conflict in Turkish borderand these families became displaced.
A camp for displaced people in Baar-Sayah Mountain in Turkish border has 500 families who live in tents in difficult conditions. One of the challenges that people have to face is not having a mosque to worship Allah (S.W.T) and teach their children. The people in this camp use a tent for prayer and education at the moment.
There are more than 3,000 people in this camp who need a place of worship. At Nour Al-Sham Foundation, we realised there is a great need to build a Mosque for these displaced to pray and provide an education facility for children.
Implementing Al-Nour Mosque in Baar-Sayah Mountain (Turkish border) is a priority for this camp to provide a place for worship and education, especially for children.
